Munich, 10.03.2022 - Bavaria Sonor Licensing (BSL) has successfully placed the "Bud Spencer" brand with Lantenhammer Distillery. Under the In-house brand JOSEF Bavarian Gin, the "BUD GIN - 2 Fists for Dry Gin" is now available in stores as a special edition in 0,5L with 40% Vol.

Munich, January 18th 2021 - Bavaria Sonor Licensing (BSL) has secured a new licensing partner for the "Bud Spencer" brand. The praline, sugar-coated sweets and chocolate manufacturer Piasten will be bringing "Bud Spencer Whisky Chocolate Beans" to retailers from February 2022.

Munich, February 9th 2021 – At the turn of the year, Bavaria Sonor Licensing (BSL), a division of Bavaria Media GmbH, took over the licensing mandate for "The Smurfs". The license holder is the Belgian company International Merchandising, Promotion and Services SA (IMPS). The mandate covers Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Kosovo. BSL sees great licensing potential especially for the fashion, home & living, promotions and food & beverages sectors.

Munich, November 19th, 2020 - At the end of November, the animation series "Moominvalley" (German title: "Mumintal") with the world-famous "Moomin" characters will start in Germany on KiKA channel. Since the beginning of 2020, BSL has had the licensing mandate (for consumer products and promotions) for GAS and France for the licensing of the classic "Moomin" and "Moominvalley", based on the 3D CGI series' title.
